Christopher D. Rich, CFP® Owner/Wealth Advisor
What do you enjoy most about becoming the Family CFO?
I find great satisfaction in helping clients holistically understand the big picture and develop a plan to meet their dreams with a high probability of success. I also find great comfort in helping people navigate the complexity and uncertainties that today’s economy throws at them.
What do you love most about being a part of EnRich?
I love making a difference in people’s lives and helping support the highest values our clients bring to us.
What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?
There are several. I’m quite proud of the firm we have built here at EnRich. I believe we offer very high quality personalized wealth management services that are tailored to each individual client’s dreams and goals. The culture here at EnRich puts the client at the heart of who we are and the service we provide. We never take lightly the trust that each of our clients has placed in us. I’m also really proud of being named several years ago as an emerging leader in the community by In Business Magazine in their “40 under 40” list. As a youth, I am quite proud of attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
What qualities of yours make you best suited to what you do?
My passion lies in helping clients achieve a successful financial life in whatever way they define it.
How should people think about their wealth?
The key question of anyone planning for a successful retirement is will your money outlive you or will you outlive your money? Once we determine that there is a high probability that you will have enough money over the balance of your life, we can then focus on making sure your plan captures your highest values and dreams.
What do you love to do outside of work?
With Elaine, my wife and business partner at EnRich, I focus on creating wonderful experiences with our two children, Jackie and Henry, and our extended friends and family. We have a particular passion for international travel. We also have a keen interest in great food, wine, boating, and sharing fun experiences with friends.
What would you be doing if you weren’t working with EnRich?
My wife and I founded the firm to serve our own personal passions and dreams, so it’s hard to imagine not working with EnRich. I do, however, have an amateur passion for BBQ meat smoking, so perhaps I would be running a BBQ restaurant.
