Elaine B. Rich, CFP® Owner/Wealth Advisor
Elaine is a co-founder and Wealth Advisor of EnRich. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional. The CFP® certification is the widely recognized standard of excellence for competent and ethical financial planning. Before obtaining this certification she had to complete extensive education and experience requirements and then pass the comprehensive CFP® Certification Exam. As a CFP® professional, Elaine is held to a fiduciary standard of care where she must act in the best interests of her clients over her own, at all times. Elaine also sits on the firm’s Investment Committee. Over the years, she has been instrumental in helping EnRich grow to a full-service fiduciary based independent advisory firm serving more than 220 families.
Elaine began her career in the personal financial planning and investment management profession in 1997. Elaine provides holistic wealth management for independent professionals, business owners, physicians, and retirees. One area of emphasis in Elaine’s practice is her work with women. Many of these clients are newly single, recently placed in charge of an estate or generally find themselves in unchartered financial territory.
Elaine’s planning advice has been featured in Family Money Magazine and Wisconsin Women Magazine, as well as on local TV stations. She has been a guest speaker on the topic of financial planning for UW-Madison Engineering and Personal Finance students. In Business Magazine has featured Elaine’s Executive Profile, and she has appeared as their Professional of the Week. She is also listed in their Executive Directory.
Prior to launching EnRich Financial Partners LLC, Elaine was a Vice President at M.P. Merrill & Associates, Inc., a fee-only financial advisory service firm in Madison. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.B.A. degree in Finance and Investments.
Elaine currently serves on the board of TEMPO-Madison and is a Special Events Committee member for A Fund for Women. She is actively involved in The Business Forum, Inc., serving on their Membership Committee. Elaine is also a member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association-Madison. Previously she has served as an Account Executive for The United Way of Dane County, Past President and Board Member of EWGA-Madison.
