Chris is the co-founder and a Wealth Advisor of EnRich.  He is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional.  The CFP® certification is the widely recognized standard of excellence for competent and ethical financial planning.  Before obtaining this certification he had to complete extensive education and experience requirements and then pass the comprehensive CFP® Certification Exam.  As a CFP® professional, Chris is held to a fiduciary standard of care where he must act in the best interests of his clients over his own, at all times. 

Chris sits on the firm’s Investment Committee and also serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer as well as a key driver of the firm’s vision.  He has been instrumental in helping EnRich grow to a full-service fiduciary based independent advisory firm serving more than 250 families. Chris began his career in the personal financial planning and investment management profession in 1993.  Chris specializes in holistic wealth management for independent professionals, business owners, physicians, and retirees.  He commits himself to helping clients achieve lasting success and true financial peace of mind.

Chris has been featured as a financial expert in The Madison Business Journal, as well as on local TV stations.  He has been a guest speaker and seminar presenter on the topic of financial planning for many companies in the Madison area.  Selected in 2006 as one of In Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40, showcasing 40 emerging Madison leaders under the age of 40, Chris is also listed in their Executive Directory.

Prior to launching EnRich Financial Partners LLC, he was a Senior Vice President at Financial Planning Services, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor firm in Madison.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. degree in Economics.

Chris is a past Treasurer of the Franklin-Randall Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).  He also serves on the board of the Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra (WYSO) and is their past Treasurer.  Chris is an active member of the Rotary Club of Downtown Madison and is also a former board member of the Madison Jaycees service and leadership organization for young people ages 18-40.

Elaine began her career in the personal financial planning and investment management profession in 1997.  Elaine provides holistic wealth management for independent professionals, business owners, physicians, and retirees.  One area of emphasis in Elaine’s practice is her work with women.  Many of these clients are newly single, recently placed in charge of an estate or generally find themselves in unchartered financial territory. 

Elaine’s planning advice has been featured in Family Money Magazine and Wisconsin Women Magazine, as well as on local TV stations.  She has been a guest speaker on the topic of financial planning for UW-Madison Engineering and Personal Finance students.  In Business Magazine has featured Elaine’s Executive Profile, and she has appeared as their Professional of the Week.  She is also listed in their Executive Directory.

Prior to launching EnRich Financial Partners LLC, Elaine was a Vice President at M.P. Merrill & Associates, Inc., a fee-only financial advisory service firm in Madison.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.B.A. degree in Finance and Investments.

Elaine currently serves as Treasurer of TEMPO-Madison. She is actively involved in The Business Forum, Inc., serving on their Membership Committee.  Elaine is also a member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association-Madison.  Previously she has served as an Account Executive for The United Way of Dane County, Past President and Board Member of EWGA-Madison.

Neil is a Wealth Advisor with EnRich and has been providing fiduciary fee-based financial advice to clients since 2005.  He is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional.  The CFP® certification is the widely recognized standard of excellence for competent and ethical financial planning.  Before obtaining this certification he had to complete extensive education and experience requirements and then pass the comprehensive CFP® Certification Exam. As a CFP® professional, Neil is held to a fiduciary standard of care where he must act in the best interests of his clients over his own, at all times.  He also serves on the firm’s investment committee and is responsible for the management of small business 401(k) plans for clients.

Neil began his career as an intern with the firm while enrolled in the UW-Madison Personal Finance program. Upon graduating from the program, he moved on to work as a Planning Analyst with Vantage Financial Partners in Arlington Heights, IL outside of Chicago. Neil joined SVA Plumb Wealth Management in 2008 and re-joined EnRich Financial Partners in 2013. He specializes in comprehensive financial planning for professionals, small business owners, and diligent savers.  He commits himself to take an independent and objective viewpoint to provide financial peace of mind.

He holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Consumer Science, with an emphasis in Personal Finance, a Certified Financial Planner Board-registered program. He remains involved with the program as a mentor to current students and is a past instructor of the Consumer Science 321: Financial Life Skills upon Graduation, a course designed to prepare students for their financial lives in the real world. He is also a past instructor of the Personal Finance program's estate planning course.

Neil is the President of the Madison Estate Council and a member of the Rotary Club of Madison. He is the Chair of the Rotary Club’s Second Century fellowship, a group of club leaders charged with advancing the Club’s initiatives through its second 100 years and is also the current Treasurer of the Arbor Hills Neighborhood Association. He was named to the 2018 40 under 40 class by InBusiness magazine. Previously, Neil has served as President of the Financial Planning Association of Wisconsin and as an Account Executive for the United Way of Dane County.

Emily is part of EnRich’s Client Service team, contributing to the daily processing of client requests, appointment preparation, and meeting follow up. She is passionate about her role in helping our clients to realize their dreams.

Emily majored in Personal Finance and obtained a Certificate in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she was also an active member of the Financial Occupations Club for University Students. In March 2018, she passed the Certified Financial Planner™ exam, and recently reached the experience requirement to become a CFP® professional and is working toward becoming a full-time financial planner/wealth advisor.

Prior to joining EnRich, Emily worked as a Financial Advisory Intern for another local financial planning firm, providing client service support and attending client meetings.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with her husband, Barrett, and stepson, Gavin.

Jill is our Client Service Manager providing software/technology and client service support. She works closely with clients to establish new accounts and handle various service requests. Along with providing technical support, Jill enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their goals. Jill is also a Notary Public for the state of Wisconsin.

Prior to joining EnRich Financial Partners, Jill worked in the information technology field, most recently as a Data Center Operations Manager for General Casualty/QBE Insurance. In her role, Jill managed a team that performed system processing and printing functions for the organization.

Jill served as a Loaned Executive with United Way of Dane County’s 2006 campaign and has volunteered as an Account Executive and committee member.

Jill holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Lakeland College. She also completed Associate Degrees from Madison Area Technical College in Supervisory Management and Computer Operations.

Jill enjoys photography, Girls Night Out, attending shows at the Overture Center and vacationing with family and friends. Jill, her husband Dave, and son Brett are also loyal Badger fans.

As EnRich’s Operations Manager, Nikki is responsible for overseeing a variety of activities related to the day-to-day operations of the firm. With the firm since 2007, she is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the most satisfying experience we can provide. Nikki is also a Notary Public for the State of Wisconsin.

Prior to joining EnRich Financial Partners, Nikki taught choral and general music in the Madison Metropolitan School District at the middle and elementary school levels. She continues to enjoy music and participates in community music activities singing with the Madison Chamber Choir and the Worship Arts team at her church.

Nikki loves watching her daughters play tennis and dance and spending time outdoors with her family. In her spare time she also enjoys reading and scrapbooking.

Nikki holds a degree in Music with an emphasis in education from Carthage College, with minors in Business Administration and Secondary Education.

Marlena joined our firm in 2020 and is part of our Client Service team, contributing to the daily processing of client requests, appointment preparation, and meeting follow up. She majored in Psychology and Spanish with an emphasis in Pre-Law & Constitutional Law, and minored in Ethnic and Racial Studies at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She was also involved in Residence Life as an elected official to residence hall advisory teams, and held internships with the BloodCenters of WI, as the UW-L Blood Drive Marketing Coordinator, and the LGBT Resource Center of La Crosse, as Resource and Event Coordinator. 

Prior to joining EnRich, Marlena worked at the Madison Metropolitan School District in several roles, including Assessment Coordinator for MMSD, and Athletics Coordinator and Assistant Girls Swim Coach in the MMSD and Memorial High School Athletic Departments. 

In her spare time, Marlena enjoys traveling as often as possible, devising and executing training plans for various fitness goals, and keeping active with her two Australian Shepherds- Maverick & Goose.

Liz joined our Client Service Team in 2021, stepping in to help with client requests, meeting preparation, appointment follow up, and other daily office tasks. Before coming to EnRich, Liz worked in several different fields, including landscaping and veterinary medicine. In each position she demonstrated compassion and competence for helping clients achieve their goals. She has a bachelor’s degree in Studio Arts focusing on painting and drawing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Liz has spent time volunteering for various environmental and social causes including the Wisconsin Master Gardener program, Groundswell Conservancy, and Chicago Cares.

She now lives in Verona with her husband Brent and their two pets: husky-mix Hazel and cat Hailey. She enjoys spending her free time gardening, hiking, and kayaking.
